I just got my first Vox Box from Influenster and so far I am loving every product that I have used so far. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got the box since I have never reviewed products before. What made this easy was almost everything in the box was something I would have used on a normal day. I am still a little unsure of the lashes that I got since I have never worn fake lashes before. The Pantene Expert shampoo is still something I am trying to determine if it will work with my hair since so far, by the end of the day, my hair is way more oily than it used to be. I will have to keep check this out to figure out for sure to see if it will work. The face wipes and the Secret clinical deodorant have so far worked very well for me. I will definitely purchase these later once my products run out.

Job Searching

Since I had a job for awhile, I forgot how awful it is to apply to jobs.  I hate filling out the applications and repeating myself over and over again and for not even sure if your qualifications meet up with what they are looking for. Then you wait and wait hoping to actually hear from someone until eventually you just give up or the places you hear from is from when you applied because you were sick of applying and just did it to say you did something (which doesnt work out too well since its usually insurance companies or something like that).

I wish that jobs would just be easy to find for what you are looking for. Something that will be in a good location from where I am now and might be someday. I just want to have a job that i can do from home... how nice would that be haha. have good pay and benefits and get to do my everyday routine and be happy (especially if i move and have a lot of house like things to get done).

Updating On me

Just lost the job.... back on the hunt for a new job. But that's okay. Things will work out at some point.... But until then, stay positive and keep looking...

On other news, just talking through what my bf and I will do regarding the housing location. He is talking about building a shed that he would turn into a house... sounds kind of weird when you think of living in a shed, but he is trying to look into it and how he can make it pretty nice actually. I told him he can do exactly what he wants to do and that i didnt care too much...which is partially true... didnt really imagine myself living in a shed but hey... i dont really care what i would live in. but more of who i would live with and if i got to move in with him i would be pretty happy... we are building the floor plan now and it will be like living in an apartment all over again but without the monthly payments and a way better roommate... haha he wants to build it this way to save money in the long run so we can save up for building a house one day. this actually sounds pretty reasonable and it sounds like it could be done pretty quickly (within a year which for me is pretty quick). but who knows... we will see what happens....

kind of scary though... talking about moving out and making these futuristic plans.... and i dont have a job >_< but who knows... maybe it was for the best because i can find something that will be closer to him without having to have an hour drive there and back... and maybe i can even find a job where i work from home and not need to worry about travel but ill see what i can even find as an option.

He is actually letting me help with the floor plans which is awesome since normally we dont talk about this kind of stuff because it also makes it more realistic that we will move in together and get engaged and what not... but oh well ill talk about that another day.... we usually have conflicting issues with this since he doesnt want to think about future because that means he isnt on his own doing his own thing.. but its ok... he needs to grow up a bit and actually take growing up more seriously... im glad he is involving me =) makes me happy.

But thats about all thats new as of right now...

It's been awhile

Hello, I know it's been as while since I last wrote on here... Finally got a job so have been pretty busy doing this that and another...

Had a good Christmas and new year hanging out with the boy friend and family. People keep asking me if I think the boy will propose to me soon and I always respond I don't know and I don't mind if he doesn't since we don't have a lot of things planned out yet... Yeah, we have been dating for two years... But I'm only 23 and don't have my loans paid off or a place to stay....

But what I really want to say is yes I would love to be engaged to him and start that part of my life with him since we are basically at that point just haven't made it official. We live an hour away from each other and don't really feet much time together right now but we make it work as best as we can. For the two years we have been together, 21 months of it have been at least an hour away... It's hard but we make it work... It would be nice to settle down with him and actually see I'm everyday instead of may be once a week...

Maybe one day.... Already have thing picked out.... ;) but that's another story. Sorry for the random post but this is what has been on my mind. My new years resolution is to not give my boy as hard of a time since I know he tries to make me happy and also actually stick to a work out plan.

First Post!

Well, it has officially took me almost a week to actually write my first post on this blog. Yeah I was kind of lacking in ideas of what to start with. I've been hanging out at home in search of a job which is impossible to find when you have barely any experience. Anyone have any ideas of where else to look for jobs? 


I've had the house to myself this last week and its been a little boring because its just been me and the dogs for awhile. Not that I mind too much, the puppies have loved the extra attention! The boyfriend came on friday night to keep me company since he knew I was lonely. We didnt do too much but we got to get a few chores done around the house/town, practically beat mario galaxy 2 (210 stars out of 242...... soooo close!), beat half life 2 episode 2, watch tv (got him to watch some girly shows with me =D ) and made him a few good dinners! 


We spent most of our time with Mario Galaxy 2 and let me tell you, this game is fun but it is VERY frustrating. We finished the 120 stars and thought we were done, but then we found out we still had all the green starts to find. Luckily, they arent too hidden in the sense that they are usually able to be seen and you dont usually have to go through the whole level to get the stars, the problem is they usually take really detailed movements in order to get them and if you screw up you will die and have to go back to the beginning.  There tends to be a lot of yelling and swearing at the tv, but thats ok because we tend to also laugh at each others frustration after the person gets done ranting about how dumb mario is being (even though its usually a human error or controller buttons sticking)


Alright, well nothing else to say for today.... hopefully ill write sooner than a week from now
